This Privacy Policy describes how On The Vine Media, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") handles information in Two Word Songs (the "App"), a pass-and-play party game. The short version: the App collects nothing. There are no accounts, no signup, no ads, and no analytics.

1. Information We Collect

None. The App does not ask for a name, an email address, a phone number, or a login of any kind. It does not read your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or photo library. It does not assign a device identifier or an advertising ID, and it has no microphone use at all, so it never listens to or records any singing.

2. What Stays on the Device

When you set up a game you can type in player names. Those names, along with the current game's scores and turn order, are kept only in the App on your device while you play. This information is never sent to us or to anyone else, and we cannot see it. Closing or deleting the App removes it.

3. No Ads, No Analytics, No Tracking

• The App contains no advertising and no ad networks.
• The App uses no third-party analytics, tracking, or crash-reporting tools.
• The App assigns no advertising ID and no device identifier, and it builds no profile of you.
• The song catalog, album art, and everything else the game needs ships inside the App, so normal play makes no network requests.

4. Watching a Song Video (Optional)

For some songs, the App offers an optional "Watch the video" button. If you choose to tap it, the App plays that song's official music video from YouTube inside a small in-app viewer. This is the only feature that reaches the internet, and it only happens when you ask for it.

When a YouTube video loads, YouTube (a Google service) may receive standard technical request information, such as your device's IP address, in order to deliver the video, and its use of that information is governed by Google's Privacy Policy. We do not send YouTube any personal information about you, there is no sign-in, and if you never tap the button, no video is ever loaded.

5. No Lyrics or Audio

The App never displays, stores, plays, or transcribes song lyrics, and it records no audio. All the singing and guessing happens out loud between the people in the room. The App only tracks whose turn it is, the timer, and who is still in the game.

6. Distribution Through App Stores

The App is distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms may collect their own download and device statistics under their own privacy policies, which we do not control and to which we have no access beyond the aggregate reporting they provide to developers.

7. Children's Privacy

Two Word Songs is a general-audience party game. Because the App collects no personal information from anyone, it collects none from children, and there is nothing about a child for us to store, share, or sell. If a future version ever needed to collect personal information, we would update this policy first and put appropriate protections in place before any collection began. We have no plans to do so.

8. Data Security

Because we hold no data about you, there is no server, database, or account for anyone to breach. Anything the game keeps on your device is protected by the device's own operating-system security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
